5 Tips to stay healthy

 





 1. Worries that holds you back:

 What's keeping you from being your best self? It's unhealthy to worry too much about things that could 

literary be controlled by you if you choose to. Is it a terrible job that gets you exhausted always, an unhealthy relationship, or the challenges you face on a daily. Get out of that state of being depressed. Shut the door to unwanted people who frustrates your effort. Remove negative energy from your day-to-day activities. Remove unnecessary obligations that keeps you from reaching your mental, personal, and physical goals. It's your schedule! Replace these things with activities that help you attain your goals. Replace this things with a  job that unleash creativity and empowers you, and relationship with people who build you up.


2. Stress:

Whether you have been stressing too much  or have clinical anxiety, your compromised mental health can have a serious negative impact on your health. To relax and cut out stress, get yourself an amazing therapist,or try a self-care practice like getting enough sleep and give yourself a break. Stress as the ability to cause physical pain, skin problems,bloating and more.

 

3. Perfectionism:  

 Giving yourself unrealistic or unattainable goals is detrimental to your physical and mental health. That idea comes in when you're trying to protect yourself from the judgement of others. Striving for a goal is amazing; striving for perfection is unhealthy. when you do, you keep on creating more problems for yourself. Focus your energy on progress.


4. Exercise:

Exercise will improve your health and can change your mood for better. Exercise makes you feel good because it celebrates your body, sends a feel-good rush through your body. Don't workout because you hate your body.


5. Negative self-talk:

Stop being mean to yourself.You're strong! The more you berate and degrade yourself,the harder every day will be. You will also have harder times reaching your healthy goals. Start giving yourself more compliments, and  make each and everyday no negative self-talk. Stay positive and you will notice a great deal of increase health-wise.
