Swallowing of semen for most people feels disgusting and irritating. I total understand the way you feel. Consuming semen really does have some health benefits which goes beyond a protein shake.




1        It helps you sleep better

Semen actually contains melatonin which is a chemical that induces sleep and relaxation. Whether you ingest it, or receive it through intercourse, it will enter your bloodstream and help you doze off better than most over-the-counter sleep aids. You’re usually worn out after sex, but that may not be why you sleep so well at night.


2       Multivitamin present in ejaculation

      A normal male ejaculation( about one teaspoon) contains over 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc. Contact with semen has also been proven to reduce the risk of preeclampsia. Sperm count mobility varies depending on age, lifestyle(exercise and diet) , weight. Each dose gives out something good.



3     As an anti-depressant

According to a study conducted on 293 female college students at the State University of New York in Albany, exposure to semen can lower symptoms of depression. They compared female students who were having sex without condoms and those having sex with condoms. It was discovered that that those having sex without condoms showed fewer signs of depression.



"These data are consistent with the possibility that semen may antagonize depressive symptoms, and evidence which shows that the vagina absorbs a number of components of semen that can be detected in the bloodstream within a few hours of administration." Said, according to the study’s author. Semen can be detected easily in the bloodstream of women because they absorb it quickly. 




  4.   Ingestion of semen  lowers blood pressure

      Semen helps in birthing and making a baby. Women who ingest semen during oral sex have a lower risk of getting preeclampsia, which is a complication during pregnancy that results in super-high blood pressure. Also, a recent study suggested that regular ingestion of semen can lower your blood pressure.







5.    It decrease the risk of prostate cancer

The Journal of the American Medical Association reported that "high ejaculation frequency was related to decreased risk of total prostate cancer."  This simple means if you ejaculate regularly, you’re reducing your chance of getting prostate cancer later in the future. This is not so much a health benefit of semen, but rather the act of semen is released.

 


Note: Don’t go having unprotected sex because of this. Remember there are STD s and you can get pregnant despite the health benefits.

Chinese man arrested over US cyber attacks

US authorities claim in court papers that Yu Pingan bought and sold malicious software including the rarely used Sakula program. That malware has been implicated in the 2014 hack attack on the US federal Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Information on a huge number of US workers employed in sensitive or secret work was stolen in that data breach. Software bugs Mr Yu was arrested earlier this week soon after he disembarked from a flight that landed at Los Angeles international airport. Thomas Cook relaunch flights to Tunisia - two years after beach terror attack

Flight and holiday packages to the north African destination were then suspended due to the incidence, with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advising only essential travel to the region. However, Thomas Cook is one of the first providers to reintroduce flights to Tunisia, two years after the attack took place. Rugged phones gets higher demand due to rising repair cost

    The increasing cost of repairing a damaged smart phone may trigger demand for durable phones across the globe because the market for resilient smart phones, which can take rough handling and sturdy screens, is bucking the stagnant trend in the wider market. Indeed, new data from CCS Insight, a research company, predicted the market for tough handsets will boom 25 per cent this year to 22.2 million units, as more people opt for durable phones that can withstand a harsh environment. CCS expects the niche to continue to expand rapidly, with volumes of 54.5 million by 2021. This is in contrast to a growth of less than four per cent for the global smartphone market, which has slowed as more consumers opted to hold on to their phones for longer. Nokia Aim to Integrate CEM Technology For MTN Nigeria

Naveed Kashif, Nokia’s Account Leader for MTN Group, said, “MTN recognises the growing importance of customer experience management as it seeks to differentiate itself and provide the best possible services to subscribers.” In its quarterly update for the period ended 30 September 2017, MTN recorded a drop in the number of subscribers in markets including South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria and Cameroon, as well as an overall decrease of 0.7%. The telco also announced organic revenue increases in key markets in Africa.
