The weekend comes with lots of memories of things that happened during the week. It's obviously a very good idea to give the body and soul a long strain of relaxation. The more we relax and avoid stress, the more we tend to think productively.

However, stay relaxed, have fun and catch lots of sleep because it helps the body and soul to relax.
